Family Portraits
These are done at outdoor locations and typically 30 minute sessions. 10 images with the option to purchase the whole gallery.

Studio Minis
20 minute sessions at a studio in Austin (read: fully air conditioned, not weather dependent!), very chill. You receive your 3 favorite images with the option to purchase more. Perfect for 2-3 people, parent & mini sessions. Studio fees included.

Why an As Your Are session?
These are so much more than portraits!I don't like hanging portraits of my family around my house. I know it's strange as a photographer to say that, but it's not my cup of tea. I want those for others-- for holiday cards or photos I give to my parents. I want to hang dynamic moments of my family connecting, the way we normally live our lives. If that's something you're into too, these are my favorite kinds of sessions to shoot... so we should totally do that for you!
How do I plan an As You Are session?
We'll do it together! You can either come to me with a bomb idea or we can brainstorm with each other. Either way, I'll guide you to make it the most enjoyable and pretty session we can make it! Portraits are taken at these sessions they're just not the SOLE focus, and they happen when it's fun and natural to take them. They're unscripted.
How long until my gallery is delivered?
I shoot a lot of film, which has to be processed, and scanned before I can deliver a gallery. Typical turnaround times are 2-3 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
What kind of gear do you use?
I shoot a mix of film and digital. You'll see a bunch of cameras popping out of my bag of tricks depending on the session type. My go-to's are my Nikon z7ii, d850, Klasse W, Nikon f100, Pentax 645n, Pentax 67, and Yashica 124g.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, you don't. Your digital gallery includes print-rights so you can take them anywhere to get printed. That being said, I only guarantee print quality of images ordered through my store conveniently connected to your gallery.
